The shopping process

Online purchases

1. Select the required product or login to the system
2. Interested in a product? Enter the number of items and click on the 'add to cart' icon. In this way, you can select and add other products to the shopping cart.
3. Finished with shopping? Click on the shopping cart icon in the top navigation menu. You can access the contents of the shopping cart, where you can also additionally change the number of products. Changes made will be reflected after clicking outside the box or pressing Enter. Happy with your selection? Click the "Continue" button.
4. Choose a delivery and payment method
5. Enter the delivery data and click the "Continue" button (If you're logged in and have an account, the fields will be filled in automatically).
6. After checking all the data and agreeing to the terms and conditions, send the order by clicking the send order button.
7. After sending and processing the order, a confirmation of receipt of the order by the operator will be sent to your e-mail immediately. If necessary, all additional information regarding your order will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.
8. Your goods will be delivered based on the delivery time.

Delivery

Delivery is via the courier company Packeta Slovakia, s.r.o. The package is sent within 76 hours, depending on selected payment option and current stock levels.

Order payment

Payment for ordered goods can be made via instant payments using the TatraCard payment gateway with the option to pay by credit card.

Product info

Products on the e-shop contain all important information such as image, description, parameters, available variants and sub-variants, current stock, various identification codes and in some cases instructions, videos or technical documents for download. In case of any questions about a specific product, use the "product question" contact form displayed in the details of each product.

Goods insurance

Goods are insured by the courier company to the value of the goods that comprise the shipment. The insurance is valid for the period during transportation until the time when the goods are delivered to the customer. Before taking over the goods from the delivery person, we recommend carefully checking the package or package of the shipment. In the event that the shipment is damaged, we recommend registering this information through the delivery options available, or reporting the shipment immediately as a damage incident on the side of the courier company.

Exchange of goods

The purchased goods are the wrong size or colour. We provide up to 30 days to exchange purchased goods of the same value. Feel free to contact us to exchange goods.

Return of goods

For any goods in our e-shop, we provide a return guarantee within 14 days from the delivery of goods. The condition is undamaged goods with original packaging and without signs of use. To return such goods, fill out the withdrawal from remote contract form, and send to us along with a copy of the invoice by email in the Contact section.

Use of purchased goods

All goods purchased in our e-shop contain Slovak instructions for use, either in the enclosed document or for download online, if you choose this option during purchase. Any questions? Please contact us.

Package tracking

The user is informed about each order status on a special order link as well as on the entered email. When the delivery is handed over to the courier service, a tracking number with a link to track the delivery is sent to the email.

Goods complaint

All goods provided in our e-shop are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase. In case of a complaint, please go to the Complaints section (registered user) or fill out the Complaints Report form, which you send to us with a copy of the invoice by email in the Contact section. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear from washing or wearing.
